The intensity of it all.

We carry weight we didn’t choose.

Anger and negativity—falsely and/or intentionally perpetuated by the media all around us.

And that feeling that the systems are working against our positive outcomes, even feeling less democratic.

The emotion of me vs a suppressing system.

With all the vertical thinking happening around us. Power and control grabbing by those who have such advantage already. It makes us wonder what is enough for these ancestors of ours. What inheritance are they actually protecting.

This is what we feel deep down inside. Part of what gives us stress. The hope is being taken away, not built. As a collective there is this pervasive feeling of us vs them, when we know that not to be true.

It is the opposite of the warmth and the invitation you wished for from tomorrow.

As a generation you are set-up for transmutation. I see you searching for the alchemy. There must be a formula.

Spiritual transmutation is the intentional transformation of energy—shifting your vibration, thoughts, and emotions from a lower, denser state (fear, anger, negativity) into a higher, more refined state (love, joy, wisdom). It is a conscious effort to shift the consciousness. Beginning with inner processes of personal alchemy and sprawling out into mass energy shifts, like water, carry on in living experiences teaching us generationally. The extracting and the control must end now. Cooperation over competition.

You must transmute and organize in order to take down the forces pressing upon your hope, upon your opportunity, down upon your freedoms.

Shedding old limiting beliefs that no longer serve your highest good. Living more fully in a state of love and presence.

Fortunately, the formula is simple:

Fear → Courage
Pain → Compassion
Anger → Strength

We attract energy in a positive way when we don’t feel heavy. The lighter we become, the higher up we travel.

These are not metaphors. this is physics.

It’s much easier to break through than you think.

The weight you carry—the anger, the nihilism, the trauma, ingrained in the DNA of our collective psyche—it’s not yours. It was put there. Intentionally. By systems that profit from your heaviness.

When you transmute that energy, when you convert anger into strength, fear into courage, pain into compassion—you don’t just lighten yourself…

You become ungovernable.

You become the architect of your generation. Not looking back at what they didn’t do. Creating what comes next.

This is the work. This is the alchemy.

Turn the base metal of oppression into the spiritual gold of liberation.

This is what is meant by ‘it’s your time’.
